Tire and Wheel Hazard Protection
In the event a tire or wheel attached to your cart is damaged by a covered road hazard, ACC will reimburse you for the costs associated with the replacement of the damaged tire or wheel.
ACC will reimburse you for the towing cost necessitated by damage caused by a covered road hazard up to $100.
Theft benefits program - up to $5000
Enjoy peace of mind with the Theft Protection Program, which guarantees to pay you the benefit amount up to $5,000 if:
Your cart is stolen and not recovered within 30 days, or
Your cart is stolen, recovered, and damaged beyond reasonable repair.

Yes, lithium-ion batteries are covered. Since batteries are expensive and prone to failure, this is one of the most important and specific coverages we offer.

We cover all mechanical, electrical, and electronic components against malfunction and failure. Our plans also include reimbursement for pick-up, delivery, and on-site service for added convenience.

Exclusions include wear-and-tear parts (brake pads, tires, windshield, light bulbs, belts, seats, wires, rivets, bushings, roof, grommets), misuse & abuse, or water/collision damage.

Yes, a deductible is the fixed amount you are responsible for paying for a covered repair. The amount varies by the plan you select, with longer-term plans often featuring lower deductibles. For example, our 36-month plan has a $100 deductible, while our 60-month plan has a $50 deductible.

Yes. You must follow manufacturer-recommended maintenance and keep records/receipts. Failure to do so can void the warranty, including coverage for the Lithium-Ion battery.

You must take your golf cart, LSV, or NEV to an authorized repair facility for covered repairs.

Yes! All of our protection plans are fully transferable to the next private owner for a small transfer fee. This can increase the resale value of your golf cart.

Typical exclusions include improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, using the cart in commercial or rental operations, and water and/or collision damage.

Yes. You can cancel within 30 days for a full refund. After that, you receive a pro-rated refund based on months elapsed minus claims paid, if any.

Currently, model years 2026, 2025, 2024, and 2023 are eligible for an extended service contract.
