Acknowledgment of Equipment Condition

Renter acknowledges receipt of equipment in first-class condition and that it is leased by Leaser.

Return of Equipment

Renter must return equipment by the agreed time and date or upon demand, in the same condition as received.

Rental Payment Obligation

Renter must pay rental fees at the provided rates until the equipment is returned, including weekends and holidays if kept beyond the scheduled return time.

Liability for Loss or Damage

Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment and all associated costs, including attorney fees.

Indemnification of Leaser

Renter must indemnify and hold Leaser harmless from any liabilities, except for losses due to Leaser’s sole negligence.

Compliance with Leaser’s Rules

Renter must follow all rules and regulations, including the requirement for operators to have a valid driver’s license and be 18 years or older.

Prohibition of Assignment or Sublease

Renter may not assign the rental contract or sublease the equipment.

Minimum Age Requirement

Renter must be at least 21 years old.

Driver Eligibility

Operators must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license (learner’s permits and moped licenses are not accepted).

Nighttime Operation

Vehicles operated after sunset must have lights on and respect quiet hours.

Proper Operation & Speed Limits

No horseplay, racing, or misuse; carts must be driven only on private property or legal roadways with a speed limit of 35 mph or less, unless rental contract states otherwise. No off-road riding.

Passenger Limit & Seating Rules

Each seat holds one person, and all passengers must remain seated while the cart is moving.

Reporting Malfunctions

Any malfunctions should be reported to management immediately.

Rule Violations & Penalties

Breaking the rules results in loss of rental privileges and no refunds; misuse or damage leads to security deposit forfeiture.

Alcohol & Drug Prohibition

Drinking alcohol on the cart or driving under the influence is strictly prohibited and results in immediate loss of rental privileges.

Security Deposit Requirement

A $750 deposit is required; refundable if the cart is returned in the same condition. Significant damages may exceed the deposit.

Immediate Rental Loss for Violations

Violations such as underage driving, no valid driver’s license, or reckless driving result in immediate rental termination.
